  1. Step 01

The path from pulpit to book

VoiceOut is one workspace: capture the message while you preach, keep a sermon library, review an AI draft, then publish a book your people can search and keep.

    1. 1Open Live Sermon, name the message, and allow the microphone.
    2. 2Preach as usual. Captions appear in realtime and save to your workspace.
    3. 3Open the sermon, review the transcript, then run AI analysis.
    4. 4Convert the sermon into an eBook, design a cover, and publish it.
    Create a workspace
  2. Step 02

    Set up your ministry

Signup creates a workspace for your church or personal ministry. Finish the church profile so published books carry the right name and branding.

    1. 1Create an account and complete onboarding with your ministry name.
    2. 2Open Church to set the public name, website, country, language, and brand color.
    3. 3Update Profile and Security under Settings when you need a new name, photo, or password.
    4. 4Reader accounts can view sermons and books. Pastors and editors capture and publish.

  3. Step 03

    Capture a live sermon

Live Sermon uses the microphone. Speak into the pulpit mic or a headset. Captions stream as you teach and stay with the sermon when you stop.

    1. 1Go to Live Sermon. Enter a title and speaker, then start the session.
    2. 2Allow microphone access. Keep this tab open while you preach.
    3. 3Pause if you need a break. Stop when the message is finished.
    4. 4The sermon lands in My Sermons with the live transcript attached.

  4. Step 04

    Review sermons and transcripts

Every captured message lives in My Sermons. Open a sermon to edit the title, scripture, and notes, then clean the transcript before analysis.

    1. 1Open My Sermons to browse titles, speakers, dates, and status.
    2. 2Open a sermon to edit details and read the saved transcript.
    3. 3Correct names and scripture references while the message is still fresh.
    4. 4Publish a sermon when you want a public share link, or keep it in the workspace.

  5. Step 05

    Run AI analysis

Analysis turns the transcript into an outline, themes, and a scripture index. Treat it as a draft. Your edits stay unless you ask AI to run again.

    1. 1From the sermon, start analysis. Processing may take a minute.
    2. 2Read the outline, themes, and scripture list.
    3. 3Edit anything that does not match what was preached.
    4. 4When the draft is faithful, convert it to an eBook.

  6. Step 06

Turn a message into an eBook

Build a book from a sermon, or upload a PDF or text manuscript. Then edit chapters and design a cover before anyone else sees it.

    1. 1From a sermon, choose Convert to eBook and pick a style.
    2. 2Or open eBooks and upload a manuscript to split into chapters.
    3. 3Edit chapter titles and body text in the book studio.
    4. 4Open Cover to set the title treatment, then preview the reader.
    Create a workspace
  7. Step 07

    Publish and share

Publishing puts the book on the public library at voiceout.live. Readers can search by title, author, or topic, open chapters, and send you a note.

    1. 1When the manuscript and cover are ready, click Publish.
    2. 2Share the public book link, or share a single sermon from My Sermons.
    3. 3Watch Analytics for sermons, books, and plan usage.
    4. 4Open eBooks to read notes that readers leave on published chapters.
    Browse the public library
  8. Step 08

    Plans, messages, and settings

Subscription shows your plan. Messages is how you request an upgrade and hear back from VoiceOut. Content Studio is reserved for a later phase.

    1. 1Open Subscription to see limits and usage for this workspace.
    2. 2Need a paid plan? Send an upgrade request from Messages.
    3. 3Use Settings for profile, account, organization, preferences, and password.
    4. 4Open this guide anytime from the sidebar, or from your profile menu.
